Admissions
The admissions process begins with a scheduled tour of our school. Prospective families will receive an
information packet including our brochure. We encourage you to bring your child to the scheduled visit to
allow your child to experience the entire school environment. We also encourage you to ask as many questions
as you feel necessary to decide if our program is right for your family.

Enrollment
If you make the decision to enroll your child in our program, you must complete and return the required
enrollment forms along with a $100 non-refundable registration fee.
Your Child's Schedule
Your child may attend West Newton Children's Center 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week provided their is space
available. Once you have decided upon your weekly schedule we ask that it remain the same throughout the
school year. We do not allow alternating days.
Tuition
Tuition is due in advance of childcare use on the first day of each month. Monthly tuition payments are
non-refundable. Tuition must be paid in full for holidays, snow days and time when your child is absent or on
vacation, as our costs for maintaining the Center remain the same.
Monthly tuition is calculated based on the hourly rate of $9.50 as follows:
Hours per week x $9.50 x 52 weeks divided by 12 months.
Example:
20 hours x $9.50 x 52 divided by 12 = $823.33 per month (10% discount for 2nd child)
Extra Hours Board
For you convenience, we offer additional time or days on an as -needed basis provided there is space available.
Extra hours accumulated in a particular month would be included in your following month's tuition.
Extra hours may be utilized in half hour increments only at a rate of $9.50 per hour. Our sibling discount does
not apply to extra hours.
